Rihanna mp3 music

Starting at the BIG scene at 2005 with ‘Pon de replay’, it didn’t take her much effort to reveal her outstanding music effort, giving life to such top hits as ‘S.O.S.’ ‘Unfaithful’ and ‘Umbrella’.

Needless to say, by the time when her 3rd album (‘Good Girl Gone Bad’) was released, she already became a world known pop star, holding top lines in music charts worldwide.

Robin Rihanna Fenty, grown up in St’ Michael, Barbados, could have never even imagined that one day she would be in the business with world known music producers. Before moving to United States, Rihanna lived a life of an ordinary island girl – went to school, and, like many kids of her age, sang songs with her friends just for fun.

Even after winning school beauty and talent contest, Rihanna didn’t realize how gifted she was…till she got noticed by New York producer Evan Rogers (the one who, together with Carl Sturken created hits for such artists as Christina Aguilera and Kelly Clarkson). By a lucky chance Evan and his wife spent Christmas holidays at her parents’ in Barbados, when one of his friends introduced a young diva to him. He had immediately seen her potential and invited Rihanna to his New York record studio.

To make a long story short, Rihanna, Evan and Carl have created about a dozen songs, in dance and reggae style, which, in mixture with RnB and soul, gave them an extraordinary and catchy sound. Rihanna compares this mixture with her favorite Carribean dish – callaloo. ‘It tastes like stewed meat and vegetables’ – says Rihanna – ‘my music is a mix of Carribean beat and RnB. I don’t wanna make only dance tracks – I can also sing. That is why I have ballads in this album’.

Rihanna’s first album – ‘Music of the Sun’ – has all ingredients of musical magic. Like all her idols - Beyonce, Alicia Keys and Mariah Carey – Rihanna is a gifted composer. She has participated in writing most tracks for the album.

The first single – ‘Pon de replay’ made the dancefloors explode on both sides of the Atlantic. The choreography for the music video was created by a world famous instructor – Fatima Robinson.

The second single was lyrical and romantic ‘If It’s Loving That You Want’ that makes a perfect contrast with ‘Pon de replay’. ‘Music of the Sun’ is full of songs created in different styles – from old-school reggae remake ‘You don’t love me’, up to a spiritual, acoustic guitar driven ballad ‘ The Last Time’.

More than a million sales of this album made it clear that Rihanna is not a one-day short-lived star… and she didn’t make her fans wait for too long – her second disc – “Girl Like Me’ has surpassed all the expectations. It has successfully combined dance RnB, reggae and acoustic music. The most touching and heartbreaking love ballad from this album – “Unfaithful’ – has instantly appeared in USA Top 40 Chart and remained there for tremendous 23 weeks – which made it a real breakthrough.

‘If not for Evan and Carl, my dreams would have remained only dreams’ – says Rihanna – ‘I’m very grateful for all that they’ve done for me’.
